I’m impressed, I must say. Really hardly ever do I encounter a blog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me let you know, you’ve got hit the nail on the head. Your thought is excellent; the problem is one thing that not enough people are talking intelligently about. I am very completely happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.
Use it for live looping, sequencing, arranging, mixing, and much more. Whether you’re a live performer, a producer, or just experimenting with sound, Loopy Pro helps you take control of your creative process.
For example, I have a huge number of GM drum loop libraries (thousands and thousands of files) on my computer that I’d like to easily use on my iOS device. These libraries are nested in several folders and subfolders that describe their contents. I’d like to find a way to very quickly go through them and quickly preview several (to find the one that I need), and then quickly import it into my project.
In short, I need something on iOS (Universal app) that lets me quickly access and preview many GM Midi files and quickly play them using a GM sound source, and then import the chosen file into a project. I’d like to avoid relying on the cloud if possible.
AudioShare is your friend .. it has subfolders and it can do MIDI files audition !! And from audioshare you can then open midi file in any other app supporting MIDI format …
Have you listened to the “beeps” that AudioShare uses and actually been able to hear and identify if a loop will work for you or not? I suspect you haven’t. Try it. AudioShare would be perfect otherwise. As it stands, I can’t tell one loop from another with it. Seriously, try it. I don’t think you have.
Thank you for posting. However, I’ve tried that and it’s too much of a pain to use. First, it’s in the cloud, and second, you have to go through a ton of steps to even audition a single file. I’m looking for a way to audition Midi as easily as AudioShare auditions audio–Push a button to play the file, then move to the next one and push a button to play the file, etc., etc.
Don’t know if this is any better, but in the Midi Opener app, there is a little folder icon, down to the left. If you press this, then it opens the file browser and you can select your midi file from there
I would import them all into a player that immediately plays a file when “touching it” because that’s the most time-consuming part.Roni Music’s “Sweet MIDI Player” is one example, and it cna open the MIDI in other apps.

I did It’s totally enough as overview what is i inside midi file ) You cannot expect preview with full general midi support Of course it works for simple files, really not ideal for whole songs and also for drum patterns .. it is really just for simple files with basic melodies and stuff like that… Just to get raw overview what kind of melody is inside file..
OK, I’ve tested Sweet MIDI Player. Unfortunately, I don’t like it. The one that I currently use is better. It’s called, “Midi Voyager” by bytebolt. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best I’ve ever been able to find. I was hoping that you guys might have found a better one. Unfortunately, it seems that Midi Voyager is still the best and easiest to use.
Another idea, admittedly somewhat exotic:Build Modstep projects from your MIDI files. You can have a huge bunch of scenes and you could put different category MIDI files into different columns. Modstep can also export MIDI (to AudioShare at least), although that’s certainly not the most straightforward solution.Or use the MIDI files inside Modstep already…

Hi Rolf,I have my 64 Bit Mac now, I hope you have decided to make a 64 Bit Midi Player for Mac computers. I want to leave a kind of Wish List for things I have not been able to find in any midi player for 64 Bit Mac computers.1. As I mentioned before, for my purposes I need an easy to use Master Volume Controller that I can quickly adjust for each file before I play it.2. The player must work with Bluetooth on the Mac. 3. I need 4 or 5 Play Lists each capable of holding 100 or more files.4. I need the player to produce all the GM2 sounds and do it well.I suspect this is tooooo much to ask. But I hope you will not be angry with me for listing the things that would allow me to use my Mac and its Bluetooth capabilities instead of my sound module. I think they would make your program unique. Of course, I know bugs are killers and nothing is easy.I understand if you think I am ignorant about programming and computers – because I am! 🙂 Sorry. :)Thanks for even considering my message. I hope you and your business are doing well!!!Regards, Scott
What is MIDI? MIDI, standing for Musical Instrument Digital Interface, is the technical music format with .mid or .midi file extension. MIDI is one of the most original formats of digital media. Different with MP3 or WAV audio format, MIDI contains no actual audio data, but it powerfully needs much smaller in size, as a song in MIDI format can be coded using only a few kilobytes and lines. However, you may find out that some popular media tools like VideoLAN, Audacity and more cannot support MIDI playback. Where to find MIDI player to play MIDI?
Windows Media Player is a native player for Windows computer, which can support playing MIDI files. However, many users respond that Windows Media Player cannot play MIDI audio file smoothly, as the Microsoft program frequently sent message of sound card error during MIDI playback. Besides sound card issue, the MIDI files not playing issue may cause by not installing MIDI driver or incorrectly setting MIDI Mapper. Before attempting the troubleshooting, you can try to restart your Windows first and try to do the MIDI playback first.
Sweet MIDI Player is a MIDI audio player that can not only audition all types of MIDI files, but also modify MIDI files themselves. It can help you easily edit the control messages, transpose the music, change the tempo, mute desired MIDI channels and save the end results to disk. With its Jukebox function, Sweet MIDI Player can let you create playlists with up to 500 songs. cc7c31b456 scogaze https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-good-glasses https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-good-food-gift-c https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-halo-hair-extens https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-halo-top-ice-cre https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-good-whiskey https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-good-used-treadm https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-goodyear-wiper-b https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-goop-fragrance https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-good-cheap-beds https://sites.google.com/view/where-to-buy-good-cheap-leggi

A personal computer, commonly referred to as PC or computer, is a computer designed for individual use.[1] It is typically used for tasks such as word processing, internet browsing, email, multimedia playback, and gaming. Personal computers are intended to be operated directly by an end user, rather than by a computer expert or technician. Unlike large, costly minicomputers and mainframes, time-sharing by many people at the same time is not used with personal computers. The term home computer has also been used, primarily in the late 1970s and 1980s. The advent of personal computers and the concurrent Digital Revolution have significantly affected the lives of people.
Institutional or corporate computer owners in the 1960s had to write their own programs to do any useful work with computers. While personal computer users may develop their applications, usually these systems run commercial software, free-of-charge software (“freeware”), which is most often proprietary, or free and open-source software, which is provided in ready-to-run, or binary form. Software for personal computers is typically developed and distributed independently from the hardware or operating system manufacturers.[2] Many personal computer users no longer need to write their programs to make any use of a personal computer, although end-user programming is still feasible. This contrasts with mobile systems, where software is often available only through a manufacturer-supported channel[3] and end-user program development may be discouraged by lack of support by the manufacturer.[4]
The term ‘PC’ is an initialism for ‘personal computer’. While the IBM Personal Computer incorporated the designation into its model name, the term originally described personal computers of any brand. In some contexts, PC is used to contrast with Mac, an Apple Macintosh computer.[6][7][8][9]
Since none of these Apple products were mainframes or time-sharing systems, they were all personal computers but not PC (brand) computers. In 1995, a CBS segment on the growing popularity of PC reported: “For many newcomers PC stands for Pain and Confusion.”[10]
In the history of computing, early experimental machines could be operated by a single attendant. For example, ENIAC which became operational in 1946 could be run by a single, albeit highly trained, person.[12] This mode pre-dated the batch programming, or time-sharing modes with multiple users connected through terminals to mainframe computers. Computers intended for laboratory, instrumentation, or engineering purposes were built, and could be operated by one person in an interactive fashion. Examples include such systems as the Bendix G15 and LGP-30 of 1956, and the Soviet MIR series of computers developed from 1965 to 1969.[citation needed] By the early 1970s, people in academic or research institutions had the opportunity for single-person use of a computer system in interactive mode for extended durations, although these systems would still have been too expensive to be owned by a single person.
In what was later to be called the Mother of All Demos, SRI researcher Douglas Engelbart in 1968 gave a preview of features that would later become staples of personal computers: e-mail, hypertext, word processing, video conferencing, and the mouse. The demonstration required technical support staff and a mainframe time-sharing computer that were far too costly for individual business use at the time.
Micral N was the earliest commercial, non-kit microcomputer based on a microprocessor, the Intel 8008. It was built starting in 1972, and a few hundred units were sold. This had been preceded by the Datapoint 2200 in 1970, for which the Intel 8008 had been commissioned, though not accepted for use. The CPU design implemented in the Datapoint 2200 became the basis for x86 architecture[18] used in the original IBM PC and its descendants.[19]
In 1973, the IBM Los Gatos Scientific Center developed a portable computer prototype called SCAMP (Special Computer APL Machine Portable) based on the IBM PALM processor with a Philips compact cassette drive, small CRT, and full function keyboard. SCAMP emulated an IBM 1130 minicomputer in order to run APL/1130.[20] In 1973, APL was generally available only on mainframe computers, and most desktop sized microcomputers such as the Wang 2200 or HP 9800 offered only BASIC. Because SCAMP was the first to emulate APL/1130 performance on a portable, single user computer, PC Magazine in 1983 designated SCAMP a “revolutionary concept” and “the world’s first personal computer”.[20][21] This seminal, single user portable computer now resides in the Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.. Successful demonstrations of the 1973 SCAMP prototype led to the IBM 5100 portable microcomputer launched in 1975 with the ability to be programmed in both APL and BASIC for engineers, analysts, statisticians, and other business problem-solvers. In the late 1960s such a machine would have been nearly as large as two desks and would have weighed about half a ton.[20]
A seminal step in personal computing was the 1973 Xerox Alto, developed at Xerox’s Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). It had a graphical user interface (GUI) which later served as inspiration for Apple’s Macintosh, and Microsoft’s Windows operating system. The Alto was a demonstration project, not commercialized, as the parts were too expensive to be affordable.[22]
Also in 1973 Hewlett Packard introduced fully BASIC programmable microcomputers that fit entirely on top of a desk, including a keyboard, a small one-line display, and printer. The Wang 2200 microcomputer of 1973 had a full-size cathode ray tube (CRT) and cassette tape storage.[23] These were generally expensive specialized computers sold for business or scientific uses.
1974 saw the introduction of what is considered by many to be the first true personal computer, the Altair 8800 created by Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems (MITS).[24][25] Based on the 8-bit Intel 8080 Microprocessor,[26] the Altair is widely recognized as the spark that ignited the microcomputer revolution[27] as the first commercially successful personal computer.[28] The computer bus designed for the Altair was to become a de facto standard in the form of the S-100 bus, and the first programming language for the machine was Microsoft’s founding product, Altair BASIC.[29][30]
In 1976, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak sold the Apple I computer circuit board, which was fully prepared and contained about 30 chips. The Apple I computer differed from the other kit-style hobby computers of the era. At the request of Paul Terrell, owner of the Byte Shop, Jobs and Wozniak were given their first purchase order, for 50 Apple I computers, only if the computers were assembled and tested and not a kit computer. Terrell wanted to have computers to sell to a wide range of users, not just experienced electronics hobbyists who had the soldering skills to assemble a computer kit. The Apple I as delivered was still technically a kit computer, as it did not have a power supply, case, or keyboard when it was delivered to the Byte Shop.
The first successfully mass-marketed personal computer to be announced was the Commodore PET after being revealed in January 1977. However, it was back-ordered and not available until later that year.[31] Three months later (April), the Apple II (usually referred to as the Apple) was announced with the first units being shipped 10 June 1977,[32] and the TRS-80 from Tandy Corporation / Tandy Radio Shack following in August 1977, which sold over 100,000 units during its lifetime. Together, especially in the North American market, these 3 machines were referred to as the “1977 trinity”. Mass-market, ready-assembled computers had arrived, and allowed a wider range of people to use computers, focusing more on software applications and less on development of the processor hardware.
In 1977 the Heath company introduced personal computer kits known as Heathkits, starting with the Heathkit H8, followed by the Heathkit H89 in late 1979. With the purchase of the Heathkit H8 you would obtain the chassis and CPU card to assemble yourself, additional hardware such as the H8-1 memory board that contained 4k of RAM could also be purchased in order to run software. The Heathkit H11 model was released in 1978 and was one of the first 16-bit personal computers; however, due to its high retail cost of $1,295 was discontinued in 1982.[33][34][35]
In the same year, the NEC PC-98 was introduced, which was a very popular personal computer that sold in more than 18 million units.[40] Another famous personal computer, the revolutionary Amiga 1000, was unveiled by Commodore on 23 July 1985. The Amiga 1000 featured a multitasking, windowing operating system, color graphics with a 4096-color palette, stereo sound, Motorola 68000 CPU, 256 KB RAM, and 880 KB 3.5-inch disk drive, for US$1,295.[41]. Background: Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) is increasingly used as an end point in studies aimed at reducing progression or inducing regression of coronary artery disease. However, data linking serial changes by IVUS with clinical outcomes are scarce.
Methods and results: In the absence of a validated risk score for secondary prevention, we compared 3 established risk scores for primary prevention–PROCAM, SCORE, and Framingham–with plaque progression and lumen reduction as assessed with serial IVUS (follow-up, 18+/-9 months) in atherosclerotic left main coronary arteries of 56 patients with established atherosclerosis. For all 3 algorithms, patients at highest estimated risk of events showed greater plaque progression than patients at lowest risk (P
Conclusions: There was a positive linear relationship between the estimated risk of clinical events derived from all 3 established risk-score algorithms and the extent of plaque progression measured by serial IVUS. This translated into stenosis progression (reduction in lumen dimensions) with increasing clinical risk.
Even so, as the manufacturing industry’s persistent skilled worker shortage drives interest in productivity-boosting solutions, small and medium-sized machine shops are increasingly recognizing the time and money they can save with tool presetters. These offline machines measure various dimensions of cutting tools, including length, diameter and offsets, before the tools are installed in the machine tool for production.
“It’s not unusual for us to work with job shop owners who believe the misconception that presetters are not for them,” said Dietmar Moll, director of sales at ZOLLER Inc., an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based company that provides an array of manufacturing hardware and software, including presetters. “But often when we get the presetter into their shop and they see the results, their only complaint is they wish they had purchased one sooner.”
That’s exactly what happened at ProCam Services LLC, a family-owned CNC machine shop that Tom Bassett II established in western Michigan nearly 30 years ago. Initially skeptical of tool presetters, Bassett’s reservations vanished after he purchased the ZOLLER smile 420 about five years ago and incorporated the tool presetter into the workflow of his busy job shop in Zeeland.
Not only does the machine precisely measure cutting tools within microns, but it completes the work in minutes. ZOLLER’s internal tests show measuring with a tool presetter is at least 45% faster than with the machine tool’s internal control.
Setting up jobs on the tool presetter also freed up time ProCam machinists previously spent touching off tools in the shop’s CNC machines and mills. This streamlined approach where a machinist measured tools for one job while the machine tool cycled through another job allowed ProCam to take on more orders.
“I don’t think I’ve ever had a piece of equipment that I’ve gotten in the shop that changed things so much,” he said. “…There’s been things in here that we’ve gotten and you’re like, ‘Oh, man, we should have got that thing years ago.’ But I don’t think anything’s ever had the impact that the ZOLLER has.”
Bassett’s current view on presetters sharply differs from his earlier stance. For much of his career, he believed presetters didn’t belong in shops like ProCam with a high mix and low volume of orders and frequent job changes.
Launched in 1995, ProCam positions itself as an agile job shop that beats its competitors on lead time without sacrificing quality. Its machinists often cycle through 20 to 30 jobs a day to fulfill orders for industries ranging from aerospace to automotive to agriculture and everything in between.
“We’ve had customers call in the morning and say, ‘Hey, we’re broken down. We need this,’ and then we’ve delivered the part to them in the afternoon,” Bassett said. “It doesn’t always go that way, but most of the time, our backlog is about two weeks because we cycle through things so fast.”
For Bassett, it all came down to the numbers. Intrigued by a demo of the smile 420 at the ZOLLER booth during the 2018 International Manufacturing Technology Show, he calculated how much time his machinists spent touching off tools and checking runout in the machine tool before production.
“When I’m running the numbers, I’m like, ‘This cannot be right. There’s just no way this is right,'” Bassett said. “I’m going from, ‘This thing isn’t something for our shop,’ to ‘Oh my God, I got to have this thing.'”
Outside of the considerable time savings, the tool presetter introduced a level of repeatability that human operators simply cannot replicate. The machine’s high-precision SK-50 spindle, optics and image processing camera provide accurate data each time for a consistent operation.
“Before the ZOLLER equipment, with the touch offs, you had a wide range of variables from one person to the next,” Bassett said. “Day shift starts the project, night shift comes in, and now you’ve got two different touch-off techniques, and they’re off a little bit here and there. Then you can end up with quality issues with the parts or having to rerun programs again to get the blends right. With the ZOLLER equipment, that doesn’t happen anymore because everybody’s touch offs are exactly the same.”
The smile 420 tool presetter can output data automatically to the machine tool, eliminating the possibility of data entry errors. Bassett took this further by internally developing a program that outputs the data to multiple machine tools so machinists can pull up the values on any of the shop’s machines.
While Bassett was sold on the math behind a tool presetter’s value, he knew a major hurdle was convincing his machinists. Previously, ProCam machinists measured tools in the machine tool prior to production through a variety of methods.
“Each machinist has their own little technique where they come down on the surface, and they’re using shim stock or some use 1-2-3 blocks and they’re sitting there, working the thing in,” Bassett said. “If they’re checking runout on that tool, it can take them anywhere from a minute to five minutes to do one tool. It would be no problem for a job to have 15 tools in it, so there goes anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes just loading tools in the machine. With ZOLLER, you’re done in less than five minutes.”
Seeing is believing, so when one ProCam machinist doubled down that his technique was superior, Bassett posed a challenge: Touch off your tools the old way and compare the results to the tool presetter.
“It just gives us less to worry about,” he said. “When you’re setting up complicated stuff, there’s times where your mind is melting because you’re like, I got to check this, check this, check this. But at the end of the day, I got the ZOLLER, I know this tool, that’s one less thing to worry about. It gives you peace of mind.”
“We’re still kind of in the beginning stages of using it, but we’re already seeing a big payback as far as tool life and increasing our speeds and feeds from what we were doing before,” Bassett said of the powerShrink, adding ProCam’s early results show tool life is about four times longer than before.
“It helps tool life because your tool isn’t wobbling around from runout (and you achieve) increased surface finish because it’s not creating any ripple effects on your profile,” he said. “It really helps with harmonics because it just totally grabs the tool.”
According to Moll, companies that first encounter ZOLLER by purchasing a tool presetter often find other solutions in the company’s portfolio that can help them optimize their manufacturing processes.
“The presetter is the biggest bang for your buck, meaning the investment is relatively small but the return is huge, and that’s how many companies are introduced to us,” he said. “But with ZOLLER, you’re not just getting a piece of equipment. You’re getting access to ZOLLER’s entire ecosystem of smart manufacturing solutions, and you have a strong partner who wants you to succeed.”
ProCam Services LLC is a “true CNC job shop” that machines parts for industries throughout the Midwest, according to founder Tom Bassett II. Established in western Michigan nearly three decades ago, the family-owned company has grown to serve a range of sectors such as agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, food processing, oil and gas, aerospace and more.
The business is rooted in Bassett’s passion for programming. He started his career in 1984 programming CNC machines for the mold industry. By the early 1990s, he was completing work for his own clients, initially working out of his basement and later graduating to using a CNC machine in his garage.
That side job developed into a full-blown business by 1995, when he and his wife, Malinda, launched ProCam Services. In 2005, Bassett moved the business from a rented space in a friend’s job shop to a facility in Jenison. Five years later, he opened a second location in nearby Hudsonville.
Built on the same intuitive interface as Cut2D, VCarve gives you the power to produce 2.5D toolpaths including; v-carving, chamfer, fluting, prism and moulding toolpaths as well as the ability to import and machine a 3D model.
The software has a comprehensive set of drawing tools to let you easily create vectors from scratch or add to imported data. These include options for creating standard shapes (circle, ellipse, rectangle, polygon and star) along with line, curve and arc drawing tools.
There is also a powerful tool to create vector textures for panels and backgrounds. These tools can be controlled using typed input to create exact sized objects or can be used dynamically with the mouse to sketch your artwork. The tools also take advantage of the ‘snapping’ to let you use points on existing objects to ‘snap’ onto when you are drawing vectors.

Best known for playing the role of Violeta a.k.a. Viki, daughter of the central Popadić family on the hugely popular Bolji život television series, Vukićević’s acting career peaked throughout the mid-to-late 1980s and early 1990s.
Following several small roles on film and television, her cinematic career in Yugoslavia was launched in 1985 after being cast in Zoran Čalić [sr]’s Žikina dinastija [sr], the seventh instalment of the Lude godine popular folksy comedy film series. Twenty two years of age at the time, Vukićević played the role of sexy housemaid Lilika.
The exposure on Žikina dinastija, and especially regular appearances on Bolji život, led to more roles in Yugoslav movies such as the lead in Lutalica [sr] (also written and directed by Čalić), playing a beautiful small town Gypsy budding folk singer arriving in Belgrade to perform at a kafana in pursuit of a singing career. Then came prominent supporting roles in Špijun na štiklama [sr] and Vampiri su među nama [sr] (second instalment of Čalić’s Ćao, inspektore [sr] film series) that roughly fall into the same genre as Žikina dinastija.
In 2004, Vukićević joined the opposition Serbian Radical Party (SRS), a political organization whose leader Vojislav Šešelj had already been detained in The Hague for over a year, awaiting trial at the international criminal tribunal. In his absence, the party that won 27.62% of the popular vote at the most recent parliamentary election and held 82 National Assembly seats (more than any other individual party in Serbia at the time), was led by Tomislav Nikolić, Aleksandar Vučić, and Dragan Todorović.
During the early 1990s, Vukićević began dating the professional footballer Mitar Mrkela, three years her junior, playing with Red Star Belgrade at the time. They got married in 1991 and Vukićević moved to Enschede, Netherlands,[6] joining Mrkela who had in the meantime transferred to a club there. In 1992, they had a child, son Andrej,[7] who would follow in his father’s footsteps by becoming a professional footballer and later football administrator. Their second son, David, was born in 1997.
DC DMV’s driver manual will help you learn and understand safe driving practices. Be sure to read and study the entire manual carefully! If you are learning to drive, this manual will give you information needed to study for the knowledge test required to obtain a DC DMV driver license and become a safe driver.
If you already have a DC DMV driver license, review this manual for new laws or rules of the road. Driving is a privilege, not a right. Having your driver license carries a great responsibility to be courteous of other drivers on the roadways and follow DC and federal motoring laws.
Local, state, and federal government websites often end in .gov. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania government websites and email systems use “pennsylvania.gov” or “pa.gov” at the end of the address. Before sharing sensitive or personal information, make sure you’re on an official state website.
This manual is designed to help you become a safe driver. It presents many of Pennsylvania’s laws governing driving. It should be used as a general guide to the laws but not as a substitute for the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, which contains the laws affecting Pennsylvania’s drivers and vehicles. It should also be noted that the information contained in this manual is subject to change.
The purpose of this online manual is to prepare you to take the driver’s examination and to obtain a Pennsylvania driver’s license. However, the rules of the road and traffic operation principles presented in this manual apply to the three types of vehicles recognized by Pennsylvania law: bicycles, horse-drawn vehicles, and motor vehicles. For example, all bicyclists, just like motorists, are required to stop at red lights. If you are learning to drive, this manual will give you all the information you need to study for the driver’s examination.
If you already have a Pennsylvania driver’s license, you can use this manual to review some of the rules of the road you may have forgotten or to learn about some of the rules that may be new or have changed since you received your license.
Today’s motorcycle riders are friends, relatives, and neighbors. The motorcyclist has the same rights and responsibilities on the roadway as drivers of other vehicles. Motorists should recognize this and not attempt to crowd motorcycles or take the right-of-way from motorcyclists. Approximately 4,000 motorcycle crashes occur on Pennsylvania roads each year. Half of these involved a crash between a motorcycle and another type of vehicle. And almost two-thirds of these crashes are caused not by the motorcyclist but by the driver of the other vehicle.
Look out for motorcyclists: Be aware that motorcycles are small and may be difficult to see. Motorcycles have a much smaller profile than other vehicles, which can make it more difficult to judge the speed and distance of an approaching motorcycle. Anticipate a motorcyclist’s maneuver. Road conditions, which are minor annoyances to vehicle drivers, pose major hazards to motorcyclists.
Allow more following distance: Leave three or four seconds when following a motorcycle, so the motorcyclist has enough time to maneuver or stop in an emergency. In dry conditions, motorcycles can stop more quickly than a vehicle.
Respect a motorcycle: A motorcycle is a full-size vehicle with the same privileges as any vehicle on the roadway. Allow a motorcyclist a full lane width. Although it may seem as though there is enough room in the traffic lane for a vehicle and a motorcycle, remember: the motorcycle needs room to maneuver safely. Do not share the lane.

Please check official sources.. I am new to this forum but I see it is very informative and I have also found really useful things on this forum so I thought I would ask this question here if anyone has tried FX-Agency Advisor 2? I have read reviews and almost all appear to have great results.
Its expensive but if one were to pay for an indicator like that, it would be worth it. This system has been available since 2009 so it must be a really good system. Its $549 but they have a promo where we can get it for $329. I might buy it this week. You have to visit FXA Trade to get this system. That is all I know.
I purchased this system on the 15th and took about 24 trades. 22 of them were profitable. This fx-agency advisor version 2. system is showing some good results. My first impression when I loaded the system was that it seems high end. The sleekness and the feature that allows you to drag the dashboard around the chart with a simple click adds gives it a premiumish experience. I am using fxpro and trade metals and stocks. This system gave signals for those as well. very very impressed. I will look to post you guys a picture of my chart.
To followup on this thread, I have been using this fx-agency advisor 2 system and I am very impressed. In terms of an indicator, this is the best one I have ever used so far. My results using the H1 during the london session earlier today. this system usually makes around 30 pips average per day.
My first month with using the fx-agency advisor 2 has been pretty good. Been using it on the H1, H4. The results have been excellent. If you are able to trade during the london and new york session, you will be really profitable with this system. Definitely one to have.
I have a an awesome strategy that makes between 10-60 pips in a few hours with this system. I have used it on the EUR/USD and GBP/USD and it works really well. For those who have this system, I will show you my method that makes profits. Will update you guys soon.
So here is what you do. Load the FX-Agency Advisor 2 on your chart and turn to the H1 time frame. Be sure BarsAgo setting is set to 1 because when using lower time frames, thats the best setting. When you see a signal given by the dashboard, you place the two pending orders on each side. One will trigger and when that happens, you cancel the other trade. In most cases, the one that gets triggered first is the profitable one. During the London session this is one of the most accurate strategies you can use. I use this each time and I get around a 80-90% win rate! I traded the GBP/JPY in this case.
Yes, it gives signals for everything, you can add/remove any symbol you want and the fx-agency advisor 2 will give signals for it. This software is very professional so it is loaded with features. Look at my chart, I have added Gold, Silver and Shares. I can add as many more as I want.
I tried their Advisor 3 since it is only $50 and within the first hour, I made a trade and got out with just 14 pips. I think not a bad trade as when I checked the other pairs, particularly 5 which I use, I should have got 5-6 signals which all resulted to a good profit if I just purchased the software 3 hours earlier. Mostly 30-50 pips and the Max was 100 pips. Most of their trades maintain 1:7 R/R ratio but lowest I have seen was 1:2.6.
On the FXA3, it is true that is good in scalping as I am really able to gain at least 40 pips a day and in fact, that is from my very conservative way of trading. I just let my MT4 run then just enter trade when I hear the alarms. I put an trade and usually put the TP at 10 pips as I saw, it is more than 90% of the time that 10pips is hit while on some occasions, when I really see and am convinced that it can go to much higher TP like 50-60 pips, I place it around 30 pips.
In a day, I am able to receive 3-4 signals in 5 major currencies I am monitoring. I wish I can trade more on the NY Session but unfortunately, I am on the other side of the Earth so I can only stay up until my 12 midnight which is around 12noon of NY.
I am actually a very risky trader and am using a very high leverage ratio which gave me around $100 gain per day and on our country, that is actually a very good amount of money, like a week of salary. I am trading at 5 mini lots.
Yes with FXA2 you receive an alert when the entry gets touched. It will tell you the entry it got triggered at. But in order to make sure that you got in at the entry, you should use pending orders before hand.
Prior to the establishment of the MAC and BAC requirements, federal regulations required each state Medicaid program to establish a committee to serve in an advisory capacity on health and medical care issues. According to 42CFR431.12 [ 28 kB ], this committee must include the following:
Financial advisor is a general term for someone who helps you manage your money. Examples include an employee of your financial institution, an investment broker or an insurance agent. Growing trade protectionism, increased government intervention in markets, heightened global competition, an intensifying AI race and flare-ups in regional conflicts are accelerating fragmentation. Download reportDownload report BlackRock Geopolitical Risk IndicatorThe global BlackRock Geopolitical Risk Indicator (BGRI) aims to capture overall market attention to geopolitical risks, as the line chart shows. The indicator is a simple average of our top-10 risks.
The threat of terrorism against U.S. interests remains at an extraordinarily high level. Al-Qaida and the Islamic State have demonstrated persistent motivation to conduct and inspire attacks abroad in recent years. We see risks stemming from sustained instability in East and West Africa, the growing threat from the Islamic State following the Assad regime’s collapse in Syria and individuals motivated by events abroad to attack the U.S. This risk is particularly acute as Iran may use terrorism as an asymmetric tool to respond to U.S. and Israeli actions to dismantle its nuclear and ballistic missile programs. The U.S. has warned its citizens at home and abroad of a heightened risk of violence resulting from the conflict.
The quantitative components of our geopolitical risk dashboard incorporate two different measures of risk: the first based on the market attention to risk events, the second on the market movement related to these events.
In the market movement measure, we use Market-Driven Scenarios (MDS) associated with each geopolitical risk event as a baseline for how market prices would respond to the realization of the risk event.

I think that’s why going to state parks makes me so happy. Depending on which park you visit, there is something for every skill level, and I don’t have to feel so intimidated for not knowing what something is or not being able to afford the most expensive gear.
After driving two hours east, I reached the gorgeous official state waterfall, Palouse Falls State Park. I had never been there before, and it was the perfect time to check this park off my must-visit list. It’s crazy to think that each part of our state offers such different terrain. The panoramic views of the basalt rock and the falls winding into the Snake River were just *chef’s kiss*.
Once my camp was set up, I moved my car more in front of my campsite for more privacy and began to make dinner. I brought things I could easily make with no campfire or Jetboil (also because I don’t have one of those). I was totally fine without it. The salad, sandwich and fruit were enough for me. I did, however, buy a Charleston Chew candy bar on the way there so I could pretend I had a s’more.
I do a lot of local hikes and other hikes at state parks on my own, but this one was unfamiliar to me and a little more remote. I didn’t feel comfortable without a map – next time I know – so I turned back. I did, however, take my time on the way back – taking in all the scenery and the stillness of nature.
It was nice being alone, to be at peace, but it was also kind of boring. Like Scout can’t play cards or talk to me. I would recommend bringing a book or journal with you to keep yourself entertained during downtime. Many of our parks offer interpretive programs as well, such as ranger talks and guided hikes.
I ended up going to bed fairly early, which was fine because I was really tired from the full day I had. Sleeping alone in a tent for the first time is a little scary. I woke up at 3 a.m. because Scout was barking at who knows what. It really freaked me out. Was there anything out there or was Scout just being her Corgi self? I guess I will never know, but eventually, I settled back into sleep. The next morning, I woke up early, packed up my camp, said bye to the park ranger and hit the road. I was really proud of myself for making it through my first solo camping experience with (almost) a whole night’s sleep!
Overall, I think it was a very rewarding experience to go on a solo camping trip. It definitely offered moments of peace, stillness and the connection to nature that I think a lot of people are searching for. I still think it can be a bit daunting to do this by yourself or even just to try camping with others for the first time, but if someone wanted to try new hobbies like camping and hiking, I would recommend starting with a state park.
While I was sitting at my campsite, I was aware of all the gear I had with me to make my night more comfortable – and I wouldn’t say I was doing anything fancy either. I know that might be a barrier to some people who are interested in trying it out too. Luckily, there are a lot of great local businesses and online services that offer rentals so you can try it out before you fully commit. I did that when I went snowshoeing for the first time, and now I have been saving up to purchase I pair of my own because I ended up liking it so much. And for the people that are already avid campers and hikers, state parks can offer you a low-key rest before your next big adventure or a place to test out your gear before you’re in the backcountry.
With that being said, those looking to embark on their solo camping, do not delay! Find a park, make a campsite reservation, pack up some gear or schedule your rentals, choose your favorite food items to bring (candy bars or s’mores fixings; it’s all good), and let’s keep pushing past our comfort zones until we’re OK with a few midnight noises outside our tents!

Solo polyamory can be an expression of personal values. People who prefer solo polyamory generally embrace autonomy as a paramount value: their own, and that of others. (This is very much the case for me, but not for all solo poly people.)
I am new to poly, having chosen this route to pursue a relationship with man who I have been friends with for several year and we realized our feelings for each other were evolving into something more than just friendship. That coincided with his realization that he was poly and wanted an open marriage.
As a newbie to the model, I feel that you can build those connections, intimately, sexually, and spiritually, without the pull of being obligated to a partner or a set, you can grow and evolve while doing you.
I was hoping there was a specific word that excluded married partners, cohabitating partners, and people only looking for casual partners. Although come to think of it, romantic partner might work. Of course, nested partners can also be romantic partners but I think most people would not assume people romantic with each other are necessarily living together.
The industry is catching up too. At places like EcoCamp, women travelling alone can even share a cabin with another solo female traveller, which makes it more affordable and comfortable. This is a huge shift from other places, where solo travellers often end up paying double for the privilege of having a private room. Most Patagonia hostels have single sex dorms, with the biggest exception being the refugios on the W Trek. They still offer mixed dorms however (albeit with single sex bathrooms), though their extremely social nature makes them a great place to meet up with other solo travellers.. Our first experience filming was fabulous with our four complete days of: lights, camera and action- for our episode Lucky in the Languedoc. After airing, we were contacted by an on-pour of people. It has been a tremendous experience and we have met fellow travelers from all over the world.
HouseHunters returned for a follow up episode eighteen months later to see how our family is doing. With business start-ups and a new language they sure were surprised at how much we accomplished in such a short time.
We went to the market early in the am to gather food for lunch and dinner, all traditional French items that we eat often here in the Languedoc. Olives, sausage and piles of cheeses to try alongside our bakery items, I prepared a cold lunch for our group.
Online, I get some opposition for participating in reality TV programs. I guess the big question is why would I subject myself and our children to scrutiny. Well, we wanted to share this special place and this time in our lives with our friends and family back home. Not everyone can vacation to Europe and this allows us to show others how to do it.
We believe in something different from the way we were raised. Instead of living to work, we decided to work to live. Moreover, live we do! By sharing this message, we let other people who are feeling unfulfilled when part of the rat race, that there are other ways to live that do not revolve around your job. The message seemed more important to us than perhaps looking like idiots on TV. Happily, we are pleased with the end result of the first episode.
Capestang happens to be the place we picked when anywhere was an option. After weighing out many countries before and after visiting them, we narrowed down our search to the Languedoc region of France. Once we found Capestang, we felt it was nearly perfect, if only we could just find a way to stay, by making a viable income. After eighteen months not only did we accomplish what we needed to but found a wonderful circle of friends in the process.
Week 7 of the fall one room challenge means the finishing touches! There is one week left until the final reveal of this game room makeover. One of the components I wanted to figure out most in this room was seating. I built this DIY gaming couch 100% from scrap wood in my garage, and it was easy!
This entailed ripping out existing built in media shelving and making my own built ins that could house board games and bins of kids toys. Luckily I saved the wood from those media shelves, because they made their way into a couch for that same space! I love a good repurposed project.
This room as a play room needed floor space that was open for play on the ground. It was filled with Magnatile towers (my very favorite kids toy) and marble runs and other works in progress all the time.
My kids have since gotten older and do less floor play, and more hanging out together playing board games and video games. So, with the transition of this room from a preschool playroom to an older gaming room, came the need for seating.

Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe youre not more popular because you definitely have the gift.
Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with? I’m planning to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
Hi, Neat post. There’s a problem with your website in internet explorer, would check this… IE still is the market leader and a huge portion of people will miss your great writing because of this problem.
The very root of your writing while appearing reasonable at first, did not really work properly with me after some time. Someplace within the paragraphs you actually were able to make me a believer but only for a while. I nevertheless have a problem with your leaps in assumptions and you would do nicely to fill in those gaps. If you actually can accomplish that, I will definitely be fascinated.

The 13th Warrior is a 1999 American historical fiction action film based on Michael Crichton’s 1976 novel Eaters of the Dead,[5] which is a loose adaptation of the tale of Beowulf combined with Ahmad ibn Fadlan’s historical account of the Volga Vikings.
It stars Antonio Banderas as Ahmad ibn Fadlan, as well as Diane Venora and Omar Sharif. It was directed by John McTiernan; Crichton directed some uncredited reshoots. The film was produced by McTiernan, Crichton, and Ned Dowd, with Andrew G. Vajna, James Biggam and Ethan Dubrow as executive producers.
Ahmad ibn Fadlan is a court poet of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Muqtadir of Baghdad until his amorous encounter with the wife of an influential noble gets him exiled as an “ambassador” to the Volga Bulgars. Traveling with his father’s old friend, Melchisidek, his caravan is saved from Tatar raiders by the appearance of Norsemen. He takes refuge at their settlement on the Volga River, and communications are established through Melchisidek and Herger, one of the Norsemen, who happens to speak Latin. From Herger, both learn that the celebration being held by the Norsemen is in fact the precursor to a funeral for their recently deceased king. Herger also introduces them to one of the king’s sons, Buliwyf. Ahmad and Melchisidek witness a fight in which Buliwyf kills his brother in self-defense, which establishes Buliwyf as heir apparent. That is followed by the funeral of the dead king, who is traditionally cremated on a Viking ship, set adrift with a female slave who offers to sacrifice herself and accompany him to Valhalla, the Norse afterlife (or “heaven”).
The next day, the young Prince Wulfgar enters the camp to request Buliwyf’s aid; his father, King Hrothgar, has asked for assistance, as his lands in the far north are under attack from an ancient evil so frightening that even the bravest warriors dare not name it. The “angel of death”, a vlva (wisewoman), says that the mission will be successful but only if thirteen warriors face this danger, and the thirteenth must not be a Norseman. Ahmad is automatically and unwillingly recruited.
Ahmad is initially treated indifferently by the Norsemen, but they mock his smaller Arabian horse. However, he earns a measure of respect by quickly learning their language as he starts mentally translating it into Arabic, demonstration of horsemanship, and his ability to write. Buliwyf, already himself a polyglot, asks Ahmad to teach him the Arabic script, which cements their mutual goodwill. Buliwyf sees Ahmad’s analytic ways as an asset to their quest.
Reaching Hrothgar’s kingdom, they confirm that their foe is indeed the ancient “Wendol”, fiends who come with the mist to kill and take human heads. While the group searches through a raided cabin, they find a Venus figurine, which is said to represent the “Mother of the Wendol”. On the first night, the warriors Hyglak and Ragnar die. After a string of clashes, Buliwyf’s band determine that the Wendol are human cannibals, who are clad to appear like bears, live like bears, and think of themselves as bears.
The warriors’ numbers dwindling, having also lost Skeld, Halga, Roneth, and Rethel, and their positions all but indefensible, they consult another vlva of the village. She tells them to track the Wendol to their lair and destroy their leaders, specifically the “Mother of the Wendol”, and their warlord, who wears “the horns of power”. Buliwyf and the remaining warriors infiltrate the Wendol caves and kill the Mother but not before Buliwyf is scratched deeply across the shoulder by a claw attached to her hand, dipped in poison.
Ahmad and the last of the Norse warriors escape the caves but without the injured Helfdane, who opts to stay behind and fight. They return to the village to prepare for a last stand. Buliwyf staggers outside before the battle and inspires the warriors with a Viking prayer for the honored dead who will enter Valhalla. Buliwyf succeeds in killing the Wendol warlord, defeats them, and succumbs to the poison.
Ahmad witnesses Buliwyf’s royal funeral alongside the four surviving members of the 13 (Herger, Weath, Edgtho, and Haltaf) before returning to his homeland, grateful to the Norsemen for helping him to “become a man and a useful servant of God”.
Originally titled Eaters of the Dead, production began in the summer of 1997, but the film went through several re-edits after test audiences had not reacted well to the initial cut. Crichton took over as director himself because of the poor test audience reception, causing the release date to be pushed back over a year. The film was recut, and a new ending along with a new score was added. Graeme Revell was replaced by Jerry Goldsmith as composer. The title was changed to The 13th Warrior.[9] McTiernan has since gone on record as defending the film, stating the finished product was not entirely different from what he shot along with stating that he had originally wanted to do the film with Michael Keaton in mind for the lead role.[10][11]
The 13th Warrior holds a 33% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 88 reviews. The consensus is: “Atmospheric, great sets and costumes, but thin plot.”[14] Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned the film a score of 42 out of 100, based on 27 critics, indicating “mixed or average” reviews.[15]
The original soundtrack was composed by Graeme Revell and featured the Dead Can Dance singer Lisa Gerrard. The score was rejected by Michael Crichton and was replaced by one composed by Crichton’s usual collaborator, Jerry Goldsmith.[22]
In my previous post on The 13th Warrior (1999, dir. John McTernan, based on the Michael Crichton novel, Eaters of the Dead), I looked at its relationship to its source material. In this post, I want to explore the costuming and props, specially the clothing and armor the characters are wearing, because I think it highlights something extremely important about historical films.
Ahmed (Antonio Banderas) is dressed for much of the early part of the film in black robes of a style that are intended to communicate his Arab identity, with a head band of silver beads. Later, he is given what looks to be an early medieval chainmail hauberk, with a chainmail coif (a separate hood), iron spaulders on his shoulders, and leather gauntlets with iron plates sewn onto them.
At least two of the warriors use 13th century longbows rather than the short bows that were used in this period. And one of them seems to be using a late medieval poignard. And Herger periodically uses a halberd, a pole-axe from the 14th and 15th centuries.
The next morning, Ahmed witnesses the Norse morning hygiene routine. A bowl of water is passed around by a woman. The men take turns washing their hands and faces; they rinse their mouths and spit into the bowl, and one man blows his nose into it. Then it is offered to Ibn Fadlan, who pushes it away with concealed disgust. The point of the scene is again to emphasize that the Norse are not like Ibn Fadlan or us; they are crude and filthy.
When Ibn Fadlan gets roped into traveling with Buliwyf, though, he cannot initially communicate because he does not speak Norse and the others do not speak Arabic. But Ibn Fadlan is clever and observant, and he watches and listens closely, and while the Norse continuing speaking Norse, English words start slipping in, until eventually the Norse are speaking English to signify that Ibn Fadlan has learned Old Norse. In the key scene, he realizes that the Norse are making insulting jokes about his mother, and he begins to win their respect by confronting them. Later, Buliwyf demonstrates that he too has been paying attention, when he tries to write out the Muslim confession of faith after having seen Ibn Fadlan do it. While the speed with which Ibn Fadlan learns Norse is probably unrealistic, the fact that the movie confronts the language barrier and works it into the theme of the film instead of just ignoring it is impressive. It goes to show that when Hollywood wants to it can actually explore historical issues in an interesting way.
So why am I talking about Michael Crichton on a blog about crafts and language? Well, my dear friends, I am talking about them because of one particular scene in the film that has bothered me since I saw it. It is also the reason I finally decided to read the book this week, hoping to gain a better understanding as to why it happened the way that it did. I also have a huge interest in the relationships between books, film and language and how the former two portray the latter.
For the most part, I find this scene highly unlikely despite the fact that I know that this type of immersion is a practice that has frequently been used by the military. In France, for example, there is a region where one of the spoken languages is Breton, a Gaelic language. During the wars, when many young Breton-speaking men went to fight with their fellow Frenchmen (late-nineteenth, early twentieth-century), they were thrown into French-speaking environments and were forced to learn the language (their survival counted on it). Considering the situation, one would definitely learn a language quickly. The lingering question, however, is how fast and how well they actually learned it.
This is quite comparable to the situation Ahmed from Eaters of the Dead/The 13th Warrior was in, and being able to speak with those he was fighting with would have absolutely given him the incentive to learn the language. My only question is which reference points (words) he picked up on in order to begin understanding words and eventually sentences. What seems quite amazing (in the film) is that he is fluent the very first time he speaks. Thankfully, the book is more realistic.

Samantha Yun Wall (b. 1977, Seoul) creates drawings that reflect her experience of navigating transcultural identity as a Black Korean immigrant. She draws inspiration from female archetypes described in global mythologies, folktales, and creation narratives, particularly non-normative female figures such as ghosts, monsters, healers, or storytellers. In her highly detailed, monochromatic images, she reveals how these figures are made alternately invisible or hyper-visible in their roles as social outcasts or even menaces. By deconstructing and reframing these vilified figures, Wall challenges patriarchal norms and stigmatization. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G6qxm4nhY1emDv0NSrvselhXokvY_yTY/view

I don’t even know how I ended up here, but I believed this publish was once great. I do not recognise who you’re but certainly you’re going to a well-known blogger if you aren’t already 😉 Cheers!
With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any techniques to help protect against content from being stolen? I’d truly appreciate it.
Fantastic website. A lot of helpful information here. I’m sending it to several pals ans also sharing in delicious. And of course, thank you for your sweat!
What i do not understood is in reality how you are not actually a lot more smartly-appreciated than you may be right now. You are very intelligent. You know thus significantly with regards to this matter, produced me for my part believe it from so many various angles. Its like men and women are not involved until it¦s one thing to accomplish with Woman gaga! Your personal stuffs excellent. Always deal with it up!
An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a little analysis on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast because I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is highly helpful for me. Big thumb up for this blog post!
Wohh exactly what I was searching for, thankyou for posting.

With its Jukebox function, Sweet MIDI Player can let you create playlists with up to 500 songs. cc7c31b456 scogaze
